Hey beautiful people!
I hope all is well with you! We are now in the last quarter of the year! I bring to you before the year’s closing one more live painting variety event, which includes A.R. Stylez and Andre Cheek! Come join me as we keep the faith in paint!
This has been a trying year for me, but ll is good, because it is going to turn out gold! I’ve learned a lot of things and look forward to sharing some of those things with you in this event. It is will be held on November 18, 2017, 3pm. Tickets are $17 per person until 11.6.17. You can get your tickets at https://keepingthefaith2017.eventbrite.com. I’m also holding a special painting session on the same day called “Free Your Mind”.
Free your mind
This isn’t your typical painting party session. It involves clearing up your “mind closet” or rather all of the things that you have gathered in your mind throughout the years. These things don’t just take up space, but they are of a negative nature and they need to get out stat. Once those negative things are out, they can be replaced with a positive item that would be forever be a reminder to keep your mind closet clear of “toxic debris”. This positive thing is a tangible item that you can take home with you, which is your own work of art.
Isn’t this the same as creating a vision board?
No, A vision board is creating a set of graphic goals to be a constant reminder of your future, not the present. However, this would ideally take place before the vision board, because you would want to start with a clear vision once creating a vision board, not a hazy one. The negative thoughts that are stored in your mind would not help when creating a vision board. Thus, a reason the negative elements should be expunged before placing a positive element to take place. It’s like the saying an idle mind is the devil’s workshop; if that negative element is out and nothing good takes its place, something will it fill up whether you want it or not.
So when I attend?
You can come to a “Free your mind” session by purchasing tickets here. Spaces are limited and if you attend this one, the Keeping the faith event is free. Thank you and hope to see you there!
